Beccarules

Day 12

Friday, February 4:

• Woke up at 8:30 to shower (almost skipped shower in favor of sleep, because I was tired from going to see Neko Case the night before)
• Bought coffee
• Walked extremely carefully across ice-covered campus to make it to class
• 9:50-11:00, discussed “War and Peace” in Tolstoy class
• 11:00-12:20, attempted to speak Russian in Russian class, failed
• 12:30, lunch with the gals
• After lunch, lugged giant package (the drying rack I ordered from Amazon) across ice covered campus
• Scheduled a job interview for Saturday (got the job!!)
• 3:00-7:00, napped, watched tv, generally dicked around
• 7:00-8:00, showered, dressed, made self up
• 8:00-?, uh.. got ready for Sophomore Semiformal dance (see photo below) while listening to Eurotrash
• Ditched semiformal early
• Enjoyed late-night, philosophical conversation with good friends
• Slept in friend’s room to avoid walking across before-mentioned ice-covered campus to get back to dorm
